This client is a global leader in online vehicle auctions, connecting buyers and sellers through a technology-driven marketplace that makes vehicle remarketing more efficient and accessible.
Their original training manual was a
paragraph-heavy Word document – wordy, unengaging, and difficult to navigate. We transformed the instructions into a presentation that is engaging to study and easy to follow. The presentation was also built as a reusable template, allowing internal teams to easily adapt it for different types of content over the long term.

The original manual was a wordy, paragraph-based Word document with little information hierarchy, making the content difficult to navigate and ineffective for training.

We extracted key points from the Word document and rebuilt the content flow with clear text hierarchy, creating a more structured and effective learning experience.

We created six style options based on the existing brand, exploring different layout approaches including full-bleed imagery, curved graphics, and grid-based structures.

A well-defined guide system controls the positioning and sizing of content and images, allowing flexible layouts while maintaining consistency across every slide.

All template slides include pre-formatted text and image placeholders, allowing users to easily add or update content without worrying about layout and formatting.
